• Fake engine: Designed an engine to identify and take pre-emptive action on fake delivery attempts made by filed executives on the ground. The module included end-to-end orchestration across systems of Flipkart’s self-operated network and 3rd party logistics provider.

• Reverse Pickup Instrumentation: Conceptualized a pickup model to preemptively warn filed executives in case of a customer fraud, using IMEI/ Sr No mismatch feature
